Exceptional The shower was amazing! Loved the two heads that it had. Nice and clean room, good layout. Hotel was easy to find and the staff was very friendly.
Excellent Hard to find affordable parking in the area. The lot we parked in was $42 for 24hrs.! Great location, spacious king suite had a beautiful view, friendly staff
Could use some improvements, but would stay again if needed. Parking was not available along with the room. For paying extra, I expected more and bigger parking spaces. It was also a little difficult to find when the signs outside in the alley were small and difficult to read from in a car. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and our room was near our destinations.

Gostei muito e voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. No site do booking.com diz que o hotel serve pequeno almoço, quando fiz o check-in o recepcionista disse que não. Outra coisa, iphones 4 e 5 não conectam o wifi do hotel por alguma razão técnica. Tive que fazer um plano para não ficar sem internet e usar o google maps. O quarto é super confortável, ótimo café da manhã, bom atendimento e boa localização.
Good Nous avions réservé 4 nuits en arrivant à Seattle et surprise quand nous sommes arrivé à 19h le réceptionniste a refusé ma carte MasterCard que j ai présenté avec mon passeport car il n y avait pas mon nom dessus et pourtant cette carte il y a des devises dessus j’ai un code et je m en sert tous les ans aux USA et à refusé des espèces et en plus pas de place pour garer la voiture de location dans leur parking nous avons dû la garer dans la rue donc j ai payé une nuit avec ma carte bancaire normale . Excellent The fish tank in the lobby was much too small and the little puffer fish's tail was kind of deformed due to it. Also, there was a small issue checking in and the person at the desk came off as extremely put off about the situation. Breakfast was good and the room was fantastic.
Enjoyable with highlight being the entire professional, friendly, helpful & accommodating! While not bad, perhaps the lighting in the room should be so that one could leave the light on at night in the shower area without the sound of the fan. The hotel was amenable to our request for early check-in; staff absolutely friendly, helpful, and cheery. High compliment to the breakfast staff who were especially accommodating to other guests!
