Great hotel for a light budget - Clean and comfortable Parking is relatively limited - a few spots on ground level and about under 20 parking lots in the basement. Parking space was very tight. Advisable not to park underground with a large SUV or 4x4. Small parking space and alley may just be commonplace in Seattle. If you can't find parking, you will have to use street parking nearby (limited). Housekeeper was extra helpful when we requested for more tissues as some of us were feeling sick. We offer what parking we do have on a first come, first served basis at no charge to our guests. When the garage fills, there is street parking in the area which is free from 6PM to 8AM daily as well as all day on Sundays and holidays. Does the job There was construction outside, which we knew about. It made no noise during our stay around Christmas. It might be noisy now, I don’t know, but the hotel sign says the work only takes place during daytime (7-8am start), so shouldn’t affect sleeping. Like most of Seattle, parking here is limited and best suited to compact and standard sized vehicles. We offer our parking at no charge on a first come, first served basis. Great getaway.... Parking is difficult in the underground space. Parking slots are small and if you have a large car, you would have a difficult time parking. Noisy in the AM due to construction across the street. Location was great! Breakfast very satisfying, but the breakfast room was very crowded. Bed was very comfortable.
