Worked well for us
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, parking needs improvement. Parking was a pain. Limited number of spaces. Downstairs parking required getting out of car to enter access code. No advance warning for change of codes for parking and internet. Limited TV channels. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great having lemon water in lobby and offering freshly baked cookies and warm cider.

Good The parking garage had like ten spots in it and you could barely back up in there. Otherwise you have to pay for parking.
Very Good
Cheap with comfortable bed. The wifi was very slow - to the point of getting in the way of work at one point. The room and decor is very 70s or 80s - bit dingy and lighting was poor. There was only a small round table to work at (not a desk) and access to a power point was awkward. Staff at the front desk where friendly, helpful and extremly welcoming. Very good personal service. The bed was also very comfortable and the shower was good.
Be aware The property was not very clear when checking in that they hold the entire payment of the hotel on your card plus fees. As I was mostly paying in cash this really screwed up my finances for the trip. They didn't explain that they do it until they already slide your card. So be prepared to have double what the room costs on your debit card and credit cards. Great location close to public transportation and about a 15 minute to most tourists attractions

Great value and no parking fee The parking was free, which is very rare in downtown Seattle. Breakfast was better then expected with eggs and sausage in addition to the usual carbs. Staff was very accommodating offering to hold my room in case my appointment was cancelled due to snow.
