In need of updating Hotel is dated for the price. Renovation is necessary. Construction in street in front of hotel woke us too early. Location

Exceptional Our view was of a building across the alleyway. However, we were there to see Seattle, so it didn't bother us too much, as our time in the hotel was at night to sleep. The location of this place cannot be beat. It is small and well kept. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but they have done updates inside and it was a great place to stay.
Good The hotel was very expensive like all other hotels in August in Seattle. The beds were very comfortable.
