Very accommodating despite holiday season rush One tv in our suite 206 was not working and the fridge didnt seem to get cool enough to keep the kids milk cold. We already asked for assistance on it, however we seemed to have been forgotten. Front desk was very accommodating despite the holiday rush. Early check in was available fof us.
Relaxing getaway that feels like home We would’ve loved to see some more options at breakfast but overall it was a great stay and we had lots of fun. We loved how central the location is. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a short uber ride.

The mattress is not so comfortable but does the work. Overall was a good stay Location It’s super close to The Spheres and the Space Needle
Decent stay and good location but all charges should be laid out before booking Parking charge of $19 + taxes/day was not mentioned during the booking! Breakfast was great, plenty to chose from and good seating area.
Very Good The wifi was very unreliable, and the bathtub was a bit clogged. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location and nice staff! The manager in the breakfast room is outstanding!

This will always be where I stay when I come to Seattle No complaints. I love staying at this hotel when I come to Seattle. Great breakfast, close to light rail, Space Needle, etc. Good staff and breakfast
