Good property but stinky room!! The room stunk! All I smelt was someone else's dogs and unfortunately I am allergic to some dogs and cats. I think it is great that people can travel with their pets however I feel like it should be treated as smoking and non smoking are. Keep rooms Only for people without pets, especially people with health issues. Very Poor The above is self explanatory. The front desk staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Morose and unsmiling. Didn't greet us or help us in any way and pretended not to know even basis tourist information. Will not recommend this hotel

Arriving at 2.45 you get no room before 4.00. No water or cups to drink..88 years you get barked at! 2 male frontdesk people were unbelievable uncivil and unpolite!! Location
Disappointing
It was alright. Staff is super nice but the place is kind of worn down and dirty Room was kind of dirty. There was stuff splattered all over the artwork. The room smelled bad. The ac didn’t get cold and it was loud. The room was dusty. I have back issues and asked for extra pillows ahead of time on this app and never received them. Parking was very very tight in arrival area. We couldn’t locate the paid parking for the hotel we had to park across the street. If I had to, I would stay there again. Nothing to eat for us vegetarians. Super noisy at 6:00 a.m from the sound of trucks on the alley. Parking is extra, and takes a while figuring how to get in. It was clean, good location, had a fridge and very good wifi.
A very big disappointment Our room wasn't clean. I found a suspicious wad of clearly used Tissues along with hair pins under the bed. When my brother went to the front desk, the only thing that was offered was "clean sheets" that I had to change myself or a refund and then leave immediately (it's 2 a.m. and live 4hrs away!). I came here for a show and check out Seattle. Not to do someone else's job! I am so very disappointed I will NEVER come back and will not recommend this place to anyone, ever. Location.
