I rated this property as "fair" only due to its convenient location close to Seattle Center. This was the 4th of July holiday and the hotel was booked full. They should have prepared better and assured cleanliness and at least a decent breakfast experience, particularly at those prices. The breakfast room was very crowded and dirty and most of the food, fruits, milk, even napkins were gone when we arrived at 2 hours before the published ending time. This La Quinta location could use improvement The whole building was warm and stuffy. The room was humid and smelled strange. The hotel was incredibly dirty overall, especially the dining room. The breakfast options were truly disappointing, and the dining room was a mess. There was garbage overflowing, the floor was sticky with spilled food and drinks, and every single table was dirty and sticky. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The room staff was helpful

Have respect. I don't like the parking structure because it was too small of space to park. I wish that the staff would be polite and helpful. They don't even say hi to the customers. The refrigerator was small, that I can't even fit my gallon of milk. The sink water was so run so light not even a lots to clean my kids bottle, I have to clean my kids bottle at the bath tub.
