Good location The lobby, hallways & room all looked tired. The website had incorrect information about the price of parking. We didn't have breakfast but my husband said their coffee was exceptional. Each front desk person that we interacted with was friendly & helpful. If you are a walker the location was great. Most of the main attractions were within a mile to 1 1/2 mile walk with the Civic Center even closer.

Overalls is good The dog pee smell in my room is so strong. The service and staff are good but the room that I stay smell dog pee.

Very Good Breakfast is poor. Close to the main tourist locations. Staff at the reception are very friendly.
