Very Good First staff member was not friendly. Second staff member was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, good breakfast
It was overall very good experience to stay here, with nice facility in side the hotel room Windows curtain were transparent, it should have been dark color for privacy Rooms were nice with all required items. Breakfast was excellent with all different menus for different age group.
Accommodating staff. Asked for extra pillows and they were promptly delivered. Clean room and facilities. Decent breakfa I have no complaints. Although I didn’t deal with their parking. Clean property in a somewhat quiet part of downtown.

Exceptional Only a king suite was available when we booked We were hoping for something a bit less expensive and we were not able to get the hospital rate that my brother in law got for his room. We were there because we had family in Swedish Hospital Would have loved to enjoy the view out the windows but they were rather dirty and didn't allow for that. Great location, and the staff was super friendly, accommodating and helpful!
