Expensive for the quality of room. The lobby was fine but the halls and the room, carpet, etc. looked dingy and outdated. There was damage to the doorway that just made it look rundown. For nearly $300 a night with parking, it did not feel like a good value. The balcony was nice enough, good view and all, but they really are just capitalizing on their location alone. Good location, nice balcony with good view. Secure parking.
Very Good Price ;-) ... But hey, it's Seattle in the summer (and compared to other hotels nearby it was OK. The room was quite spacious. Even though it felt a bit dated, that was not really an issue. The toiletries, from a good brand, were a good surprise given that one usually sees cheap products in hotels of this class.

Just need a place to lay your head? This will due. The overall property is a bit worn and would greatly benefit from a full renovation. Great location for downtown visits.
