WE HOPE STEPHANIE IS RECOGNIZED FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE LA QUINTA CARD READER. HIS CARDS WERE ACCEPTED AT THE AIRPORT AND AT A FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE THAT DAY, BUT ALL THREE WERE REJECTED AT LA QUINTA REQUIRING ME TO GET USAA ASSISTANCE. I MADE THIS RESERVATION FOR A DISABLED VET. HE GOT CONFUSED AND LOST. STEPHANIE, WHO WORKED THE DESK, SENT THE SHUTTLE TWICE TO FIND HIM. SHE PROBABLY SAVED HIS LIFE - LITERALLY!

Pleasant Online, it said that the hotel had indoor pool and hot tub etc. however there weren’t any at the property. The hotel didn’t smell clean. Close to the airport!

It was fine but some shady characters were hanging around. Bottle water should be available in rooms for the coffee. Nothing. They didn’t serve breakfast.
