Pleasant staff and great location Only slight problem was the elevators were being maintenenaced during our stay. The bed was super comfy and the staff were all kind and helpful. They were also nice enough to let us know about transportation options.

Comfortable stay after a long day of travel. Much appreciated. :-) Lots of noise from traffic, but there's not much to be done about that. I turned on my fan to drown out the noise. Worked great! I left too early to get to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe next time. The shuttle service was excellent!

Excellent There was NO hot water in the place on the morning when we were leaving. Makes taking a shower and getting to airport difficult. facilities are clean and staff is accommodating. Located just next to a Denny's which is helpful. Shuttle bus service is very good to and from Sea-Tac.

This is a great hotel for overnight layovers at Seatac. The heating/air system was so loud, that I eventually had to turn it off. The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in was quite fast and easy, and the next day, there was a shuttle to the airport waiting at 5 am.
