Convenient and nice place to stay. Would do it again. Friends had a flood in their bathroom and had to move rooms. Reality is....,sometimes crappy things happen! Bedding was nice (down blanket)

It was ok for a one night stay before my early flight. Not sure I’d want to stay longer though. The key cards given for room check in were difficult to use. After 10 minutes of struggling, I gave up and went back down to staff to complain. I was given new cards that I managed to work, but were also a struggle. I liked the shuttle accommodations to Seatac airport. Coffee amenities seems good too. And front desk staff seemed pretty helpful.

Great kick-off to a family vacation! Could you get my brother-in-law to not snore? Service and cleanliness were great! I have a question - is it true that a hotel guest can park in your lot for free (more than for the duration of the stay)? We had multiple family members coming from different parts of the country and meeting here before our 5:30 am flight on the Friday before Xmas.
