Good and convenient stop en route home. Carpets in hallway and in the room could do with more thorough vacuuming. Beds need to be pulled out and cleaned behind more frequently (as I discovered when I dropped my glasses on the floor). A quick arrival of the shuttle was great. Excellent and informative driver. I was not feeling well, so a lovely hot shower on our arrival at 1.30 am was very welcome. Good breakfast in spacious eating area. Nice worker carried my bag down the stairs. Thank you!

It went well. The staff didn't have their act together. I booked for two nights. I was sitting in my room after the first night when the door of my room opened and a woman walked in. She had a key. The desk had accidentally checked me out after one night. I managed to correct it. However, I later ran into a woman in the elevator who was heading back to the desk. She had been checked into a room only to find it was already occupied. Once is an error. Twice is sloppy desk management. I liked the convenience.

Good, convenient Airport hotel They are doing some remodeling, especially on the elevator. The place needs a bit of a facelift overall. The room was nice: clean and comfortable. The public areas weren't as clean. The breakfast was a little sparse-not a lot of selection of foods. Close to Sea Tac airport and good shuttle service (but the phone at the airport needs to be fixed-it's been broken for at least 2 months) . The people at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were very nice and very helpful.
