Friendly and helpful staff - facilities need face lift- mattress in terrible condition mattress was terrible. bathtub was dirty- elevators made squeky noises, room was not very nice. Breakfast could have included some protein and it should have lasted until 10 am- we are on vacation and we had to rush to get the kids to eat. Pool area is horrible- breakfast included, proximity to other fun things
Pleasant Long, dark hair on the floor of the bath, as well as muddy smears on the floor. Proximity to SeaTac was important. Shuttle to airport was necessary and the driver was excellent--cheery, on time, efficient, safe.
Location is not everything Price deleted my reservation Location

Good Place to Stay near the Airport Loved the staff! Marsha (shuttle driver) was one of the nicest and most professional people we have ever seen at a property. All the staff was just great. Room was comfortable. And the Thai restaurant that the staff recommended was terrific! Also appreciated the computer for printing out boarding pass.
