Great location to the airport. Good for quick overnight or brief stays. The hotel is about to go through a renovation and it needs it. Carpets were stained and dirty. Room temperature was not comfortable. Had air conditioning on but the room never cooled down. The location to the airport and 24/7 shuttle service.
Easy, convenient place to stay from SeaTac Airport with nice friendly staff. More up to date messaging on the hotel facilities and what is going on. e.g. wasn't aware the pool was not available to use, no vending machine, ice machine on floors to buy water etc. I received three notifications prior to arrival that the shuttle service worked only at particular times so came via a taxi from the airport, but when I arrived I was told the shuttle service is available 24 hours a day.
