Excellent stay. Specially because of the wonderful staff. Amy, Andrew and Anthony were incredible throughout the stay. H They could work on the access keys, that keep malfunctioning every day. Closer to buses.

It was cozy and pleasant. There are ginormous potholes in the parking lot. The pool water was dirty. The glass above pool was filthy. There was no soap or paper towels in the lobby men’s bathroom. The room and breakfast were great.

Pleasant Helaas was het bed niet goed opgemaakt en hadden wij geen beddekoverdrek (zoals op de foto’s). Even naar de receptie kregen wij deze gewoon mee om het bed zelf op te maken. Het ontbijt was ok, je ging niet met lege maag de deur uit maar was ook niet erg bijzonder. De locatie was prima, de bus stopt voor het hotel en ben je binnen 30min in het hart van New York.
