nice location and staff, but elevator issue nearly ruined the whole stay the elevator situation is ridiculous, and unsafe! waiting up to 15+ minutes for the elevators to come - made everything we did take SO much longer location and ease of access to NYC, free parking, free breakfast
Exceptional The hotel was great,the staff was very helpful and friendly.we enjoyed the indoor pool,and loved it but I wished that you guys had heat in the pool area.
