Great place, would visit again! I didn't like that my room wasn't clean when I checked in. I spoke to someone at the front desk, and they immediately put me in another room. I also didn't like how my drain would clog in the bathroom tub when taking a shower. It was a minor inconvenience. Other than that, my stay was great! I loved the free breakfast, the pool, the close proximity to attractions, and the staff was friendly.

nice place. breakfast and pool need serious help TERRIBLE BREAKFAST! only had boiled eggs, sausage and chewy waffles. will not book again because of this. pool needed some chemical help because it was cloudy and smelled terrible (obviously a pee pot) friendly staff, helped me figure out city bus. room was clean and had a comfy bed and pillows

nice location and staff, but elevator issue nearly ruined the whole stay the elevator situation is ridiculous, and unsafe! waiting up to 15+ minutes for the elevators to come - made everything we did take SO much longer location and ease of access to NYC, free parking, free breakfast
