Great stay with kids! Will stay again. The only thing that could have been better is maybe needs some sprucing up a bit in places but everything was pretty nice! Well cleaned and kept. Great location! Breakfast was great, many options. Perfect location, close to NYC. Was a little thrown off by other reviews but we were really impressed with this hotel. Staff was great and I would definitely stay again!

Je vais retourner à cette hôtel pour mon prochain séjour Les fenêtres sont salles donc cela gâche un peu la vue qu’on peut avoir sur Manhattan selon la position de la chambre. Grande suite avec chambre et salon séparés. Autobus 320 qui passe à la porte pour aller à Manhattan.

Great location met all our needs with free parking The place was clean but does need some upgrades Great location and easy to get to Time Square with the bus across the street from hotel.

3-11 staff on the weekend was phenomenal! They all deserve a raise!! convenient to event center

Pleasant L'hôtel en général manque d'amour. L'ameublement est très très usé partout. Cela n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes point-de-vue propreté. Des coulisses dans l'ascenseur, des tapis pas juste douteux, mais vraiment sales. Des bouches d'aération dans les chambres du système de ventilation remplies de poussière et de crasse. Le pommeau de douche qui ne fait pas la job. Oui pour le déjeuner, mais il vaut mieux payer plus cher pour avoir une meilleure offre.
