Keep the staff but upgrade the hotel. The hotel Décor was dismal lack of ambience. Not good for pictures. Hotel lobby was hot and had an old smell to it. Room had some cosmetic issues especially in the bathroom. The windows lacked insulation. I could hear the traffic all night. There was actually a gap in the window with an opening to the outside. Excellent customer service and good house keeping for our room.

Excellent location for easy access to nyc, hotel a bit worn. Staff excellent but under staffed. Needed more staff on at breakfast. More toasters, more waffle makers. Not being able to swim without someone else being there. Good location for the local bus to NYC. Buffet style, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles. Eggs. Juice, coffee tea. Long queues on the first morning, shortage of pastries on the first day. Room was a suite style, looking a bit worn in places, carpet ripped, windows old but the room was comfortable. Better than expected, with some minor annoyances. The key cards didn’t work, so they gave us a new room. We (family of 5) had to go from the 9th floor back to the lobby with all of our bags to get the new cards for the new room - which ended up also being on the 9th floor. I would’ve preferred that she met us at the room with the key. She was very nice, but this was just a little annoyance. The next issue I had was breakfast. There was additional parking in the parking garage on the side of the hotel. Handicap parking is not allowed at any store or location unless you have a handicap sign in your car
