Althogh Booking.com didn't relay all pertinent info, the staff made it right. I'll be back. We booked a room with a roll-in shower (wheelchair accessible), but on check-in, the front desk had no info on that. But the front desk did get us a separate single bed room with a roll-in shower on a different floor, which worked out better as the sightseeing took its toll on my spinal cord-injured granddaughter and she got better rest for the next day. Fue accesible No hicieron nunca el servicio de limpieza cambio de toallas y sábanas nunca limpiaron la habitación Me gustó que pasa el bus frente al hotel y te lleva directamente al terminal del tren fue fácil la salida y llegada al hotel un hotel que le falta cariño hay muchas cosas que están muy antiguas pero por el precio está bien las camas cómodas

We have stayed here a few times in the past. This stay seemed to be a little down on food quality. Better breakfast options. Soap/Shampoo in bathroom. Needed more options.
