customer service was excellent we will be coming again the breakfast wasn’t too great the double room and the indoor pool

I had surgery in New York and I stayed there I was very comfortable. Staff members were really kind bringing me my belon A customer had a dog on the 8th floor and there was poop all over the hallway floors that I had to step over, and poop/urine in the elevator. It was never cleaned up even after I told front desk about it. Location was convenient and all the staff was friendly and kind
