Ok Lack of parking. I traveled with my 1 yr old and had to figure out how to carry all our stuff and get him in the lobby safely while having to park in the parking garage with no help. When it came to breakfast, guests who made their own waffles left a mess in the waffle maker and I almost got burnt bc it is not set up for short people.

Excelente Poco lugar para colocar la basura en los pisos. El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Lo elegimos porque queríamos tener alguna parada de buses cerca para llegar a New York y un hotel donde aceptaran mascotas. El servicio fue excelente. El personal de la recepción amables, hablan ingles y español. La muchacha que atiende en el área de desayuno muy atenta. I would recommend this hotel. Asked for late check out. Only 1 hr later, 12 o clock and was told no It was close to the venue my family was attending. I Liked that the room was a suite, so we had space. Parking was free and hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again

Clean with comfy beds, hotel has good potential for growth The biggest turnoff for me was the stench of cigarette smoke on the floor we were in and the room. Not really the hotel’s fault but it was nauseating. We were only there for a few hours but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. It seemed like a good property for the price paid.
