Gostei no geral A agua do duche nao fica quente, e o cartao estava sempre a falhar. Gostei das pessoas da receção, no geral foi uma boa estadia

Pleasant stay The hotel is tired looking. The pool was out of action; the bathrooms need investment as the shower head didn’t move so was fixed in one direction; there were water stains around the bath, and toilet roll holders were loosely fixed to the wall. Staff were unable to make the sofa bed up (requested when completing the online checkin information) and handed over bedding to do ourselves. We had a wonderful stay, the staff was exceptionally considerate, especially Amie. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. The space , the comfort and especially the service.

Go for the location not the facility. It’s in desperate need of updates. I’m not just talking about dated decorations, but major mildew/encrusted cracks in the tub, a shower curtain that was way too short, splits in the couches and so on. The staff was polite, but not especially well informed. We had to go back numerous times due to improperly set up key cards, insufficient numbers of towels, missing linens, and so on. For the price its not worth it. But if you are in an emergency and need a place to sleep then this is better than a mote The room didnt have hot water, no temperature control panel to make the room warmer since it was 25 degrees out and the cold was coming in from the AC port. Previous were better but with new management came changes to the breakfast being served. You now have to get daily vouchers from the desk and the only foods served are scrambled eggs, sausage, toast,cereal, and coffee. My previous stay there used to be... read more
