I had surgery in New York and I stayed there I was very comfortable. Staff members were really kind bringing me my belon A customer had a dog on the 8th floor and there was poop all over the hallway floors that I had to step over, and poop/urine in the elevator. It was never cleaned up even after I told front desk about it. Location was convenient and all the staff was friendly and kind

relaxing and near new york city the breakfast. It didn’t have enough food for everyone. no more juice, no more bagels, no more waffles and that by 9ham….. it was easy to go to ny

Great people behind this place; it’s a big hotel chain but they made it feel like home Breakfast was above the usual offering at hotels of this caliber; the front desk staff and manager went above and beyond ti solve a problem with my room

It was an OKAY stay, it was just for 1 night so we sucked it up. Smelled like smoke in our hallway, and in the main lobby (cigarettes and WEED), the breakfast in the morning was so crowded and not kept up well, not much selection to eat. Close to everything!
