Very Good the breakfast could have been better, add more to the list I liked the fact that the bus came infront of the hotel and it takes you into new york times square (we didnt rent a car). Diana at the front desk was cool,it was very cold and she let us do a early check in because something was available. she was very understandable and very respectful, answered all of my questions as needed!

Exceptional Excelente ubicación, sale un bus que te lleva a Manhattan. Personal amable, en especial un señor llamado Abelino o algo parecido. Desayuno variado, amplio espacio. Cuartos amplios, tipo suites.
Pleasant O sofá cama era muito desconfortável para dormir. Do café da manhã super completo.

My kids were happy, I am happy They don't offer certain amenities that are expected during a stay. The breakfast was okay.

Pleasant Hotel is dated but comfortable. If you want a hot shower take it at night or before 7:00 am. Anytime after 7 and before lunch you will have cold water. Staff were not overly friendly. Breakfast is not open very late, only until 9:30, and is very busy after 7:30 am. If you plan on using the pullout sofa ask for linens when you check in.
