Awesome place and awesome staff !! Everything ! The whole staff is so welcoming and anytime you need anything they are all so helpful. I am in the middle of moving and they definitely made me feel welcomed. The cleaning people are also so nice and helpful. If you need anything there is always someone available. Honestly I’ve stayed at many different places however sometimes you can’t find someone for hours but here that is not the case. Very Good I stood online for close to a 1/2 hour to be checked in. Awaing guests standing online complained and made their frustration known loud. No explanation, no special accommodations. Only one desk clerk for check-in. The front desk person needs help. She is checking guests in and attending to emergency situations. In addition parking is the absolute worst. The price was great. The staff were pleasant. Grab and Go breakfast was descent. Really, found nothing to complain about. the heated bathroom, to televisions in room, the beds were very comfortable.
Exceptional We had to request to change our room it smell like cigarettes, the phone was dead and the door was damage. I like that our request to change our room that smell like cigarettes, that the phone was dead and that the door was damage an excellent room was given to us after that.
My stay was ok There was only valet cart available upon arrival. Also upon my departure there was none available. Conveniently located for shopping and eating.
