The beds were comfortable and the staff were fabulous the waffle maker wasn’t bad either We had to repeatedly request linen for second bed in one of the rooms.. we booked three rooms altogether. 5 of us in USA for our sisters 60th birthday.. we had only one big issue, that was, in one room the linen for second bed was not in room, having telephoned reception twice the linen was not brought to room till midnight, this was disappointing. My stay was ok but I had to pay for transportation with in which is not convinient No availability of shuttle services The Room rate is expensive, yet there is no shuttle services
Gute Lage aber zu laut Unfassbar laut. Klimaanlage hat Lärm gemacht. Personal wollte mir allen Ernstes erzählen, das käme von draußen. Dazu Straßenlärm. Zimmer wurde keinen Tag richtig sauber gemacht. Personal hat nur selten mal Guten Morgen gesagt. Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche. Bus nach Manhattan direkt vor der Tür. Linie 320. Daher sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß.
Exceptional big room 15 min with the bus
Fair Érkezéskor rossz összeget vettek le a kártyáról,a helyesbítés is rossz volt. Nincs uszoda, a fitnes terem nem üzemel,a recepciósok fele semmit nem tudott,tájékoztatást nem kaptunk. Szuper az elhelyezkedés. Az idős recepciós kolléganő nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt,ellentétben a többiekkel.
Good The facilities in the bathroom were quite old Good breakfast, best location! Bus to NY stops right near the hotel. The room was clean.
That place is going to be my temporary home on my next trip south.
