Disappointing Bath celing was leaking and shower bath was not clean
Fair The staff was rude, and the pool was too cold to swim. There was only one elevator working and it took forever to get to our floor! Loved the View of New York, and transit bus to New York was perfect right outside the hotel! The room was big!

Get your elevator fixed. Only one elevator was working, come to find out it's been down for more than a year. Very disappointed because it took forever to get up and down from your room especially on the sixth floor. They won't say that when you call either.
Pleasant Pour le Wi-Fi on repassera , il faut parfois aller jusque dans le corridor pour ce connecter et ce plus d'une fois par jour ! Et pour le service à la chambre , à 6h15pm , pas normale !! Il a même fallu aller chercher du papier de toilette parce que la chambre n'était pas encore faite. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaite, autobus en face et premier à embarquer donc toujours de la place ! Déjeuner , pas de problème et de la place pour tout le monde.
Séjour agréable à New-York en famille Literie un peu molle, nous étions 3, la chambre avait été préparé pour 2, nous avons du réclamer des draps pour le canapé lit. Point noir, un seul ascensseur a fonctionné donc des minutes d'attentes inssuportables. Attention des taxes supplémentaires à payer sur place presque 150 dollards pour 6 nuits à 3. Okay L'ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas alors que nous étions au 9e étage. Le wifi qui lache tout le temps. Manger dans des assiettes de cartons. La chambre était adaptée pour notre famille de 5. Elle était propre et avions la vue sur New York. Le déjeuner était bien.
Good There was only one elevator working which made it very crowded and we were on the ninth floor. Also there was little hot water for the shower in the morning. Breakfast,parking and the location of the bus stop were great.
