Pleasant Room is good size
NOT la quinta norms airco was broke in the room and didn't fix it ,lobby staff was unfriendly beds were pretty good and the breakfast was ok
Good Shuttles taking your guests to NYC. Breakfast was exceptional but wish it were served for an extra hour. I also wish guests with little children would control them in order for them to be better behaved. I also liked comfort of my stay.

My stay was overall very nice, hotel was clean staff very friendly and my stay was quite comfortable My requests for extra pillows never came until I went downstairs myself to the front desk. Also the pool was not heated as advertised The beds were extremely comfortable
