Exceptional I like the reasonable price, free parking, free internet and the location + helpful customer service. Great spot, discounts shops are walking distance. Public bus line at the door. FREE parking :). Building smells old but comparing the price i paid was good.

Great Value! They can invest in some renovations particulary in bathrooms. Breakfast is great value! This trip was our 3rd to NY, and always in this hotel, because of location and easy access to Times Square. Having fun time in the pool with my son. Great staffs.

Everything was great, definitely worth the price I wish we had more towels in the room. The room was really spacious and clean. Also the pool was great and I love that they have breakfast!
