Pedro is the best he made the stay wonderful. Professional and efficient go getter. Pool share was a bit heavy handed when the one instructor (he had one student) kept harassing the 40 guests squeezed in half of the pool. Observing the Contract could be more agile and compassionate over the 2 hours. Pedro. The front desk agent was absolutely my favorite part. He made the place feel like home.
