Great hotel for the price! The walls are VERY thin. I could tell when my neighbors were showering, using the bathroom, talking, blow drying their hair, watching tv, etc. Pets were allowed, which was a huge plus! And the beds were comfortable.

Enjoyable stay in a friendly environment. Pool needed more chairs. There were only 3 loungers and nothing else. Took a really long time to get the rooms cleaned. Usually wasn't done till almost 3pm. I know there was a softball tournament in town and the hotel was full, but the housekeepers appeared overwhelmed. Kinda noisy. Tons of kids for the tournament and they weren't always being chaperoned closely. We had an adjoining room (which we weren't using) and there was a lot of noise (LOUD conversations) until nearly 3am). Mor... read more

Okay The equipment in gym broken. Outside pool area there were wasp nest 3 of them. They almost stung my grandkids. The breakfast had no bananas or oranges. Not much to choose from. Need better pillows.

Excellent The employee at check in took an extremely long time with the two people in front of us when we arrived. She seemed a bit over whelmed. It is a little far from Canyon lake and the other attractions around. The hotel and the room were clean and very comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool after we floated the river. Also the breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

Exceptional The out door swimming pool chairs and tables are old and broken , there is no where to sit. The space for the price was good
