The hotel has had a lot of renovation work to update the facility. The staff were very nice and helpful. There are a few things in the rooms and general faculty that are pretty worn when you look at the small details. However, overall it's plenty nice enough for an overnight, was generally clean, and a good price.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and in the past have been very pleased with the hotel service & the upkeep of the rooms. Tonight, I walked in & the night staff was on his cell phone. May have been his boss? I tried to let him finish & ha started to process my room so I gave him my ID. He requested I pay, without giving a $ amount. The front desk person booked us on the wrong date and charged us. Very unprofessional customer service. Been patiently and politely asking to speak with manager and given constant run around for over a week. Almost two weeks. If you choose to spend money here PLEASE BE CAREFUL and assertive with asking the employees to confirm the CORRECT INFORMATION. First, we called for rate and availability front desk assistant (I think her name was Jennifer) very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. No issues. Will definitely stay again next time in town. 👍🏼

Horrible experience from start to finish. Young lady at night working the front desk has zero customer service. Basically here’s your key…no recognition for being Diamond Rewards member. Asked if I could have a bottle of water (complimentary for Diamond members) & she said “ No, you have to pay!” Was given room right next to the lobby after requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor room which I understand they didn’t have due to being sold out.
