Confused desk clerk The common areas from the lobby to the elevator need to be updated. Room keys weren’t programmed correctly. We witnessed this with another customer as we checked in, and then experienced it 3xs on our second nights stay. The pool looks lovely but is being decommissioned. Too bad! It’s location, desk staff was pleasant. . The room was comfortable and clean.

Disgusting.. Old is bad enough, but it was extremely unkept and nasty. This Is a blight to industr Hotel is smelly. Old and dumpy. It was below standard. Carpet in hallways is nasty and does not even fit on the floor. Whoever manages this hotel has no pride in themselves and frankly it was an embarrassing place to stay and I am embarrassed for the owner. 1st room was really smelly and dirty. Bad Smell like cigerettes they painted the bathroom and it was dirty

Would not stay again Everything else: Room was dirty and dilapidated Strong smell of gas in the lobby Elevators were so rickety the stairs were a better option Cleaners super loud in the morning Check in took a long time There was more but pretty much nothing was good Right off the highway

Normally have very positive experience with LaQuinta but not this time. Filthy bathroom, with mold on the ceiling and in the shower. Dirty carpet throughout the lobby, room, and corridors. Vending machines and ice machines did not work. Staff on check in appeared untrained. Location
