Stay in that location because flight was canceled, one of the last rooms available in the location. The hotel needs renovations, part of the ceiling was falling down, Hallway rugs were all lumpy and needed to be cleaned. The toilet was tilted and had been fixed incorrectly. The staff was very friendly

Awful. Crazy guest yelled all night! Staff rude. We booked a non smoking room and had to stay in a smoking room for 3 nights. The other option was to pay 3 times more if we want to switch! Great location

Won’t stay again Cleanliness, condition of bathroom fixtures, I refused to shower here as well

Horrible, terrifying, unclean, never would recommend ever Didn’t like that there were about 15 cop cars and a knife fight/ stabbing in the lobby upon arrival. Didn’t feel safe. Did not stay. Felt very uncomfortable and it triggered my PTSD. All the front desk staff said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. Someone’s weave from the fight was in the elevator and the room was unclean and strange that there was a washcloth on the lightbulb in the lamp. Just horrible experience, dirty, unsafe, did not stay!!! Nothing
