Horrible, dirty, bugs, soiled linens .. but staff was very helpful and very nice First room I was in, I checked the bed sheets based on another review and there were blood stains on it and hair. Disgusting. Second room I was moved to had dirt and stains on the walls. Looked like soda was spilled and it was all over the wall. There was a black handprint on the wall as well. Bad Staff unhelpful, incompetent and Angel was rude. Thanksgiving was ruined and I was harassed more than once because of an error on there part. Beds are comfortable

Disappointing The place was dirty and the wifi was unacceptable. Please replace the mattress for God's sake!!!! Location Location Location
I do not recommend this hotel. No ice machine on the 2nd or 4th floor. Pool is closed, the heat never came up in our room. The room was extremely cold. The door locked had a Q-tip for a bolt lock. The continental breakfast was out of coffee and the room was very dark. Nothing!

Fair pool was closed room had issues: shower drain rusty and no stopper shower walls covered with spackling after repaired but never painted or tiled over. phone cord to phone was missing mini refrigerator had no freezer close to the highway and restaurant on site
