Nice place but you wont want to stay long. The front desk associate was cold and impersonal. When I asked her to assist me with the application for the membership, she said that I could do it the next day. I felt like she just didnt care. The continental was my favorite part of the entire experience.
Very unsatisfied customers. The service or lack thereof, cleanliness, unsavory people hanging around the hotel. There were no towels in the room, but we had to go get our own because they didn't have anyone to bring them up to us. And at a rate like that? Ridiculous. The diner attached.

Sleep in your car it's cleaner. Smelled of smoke when you entered the building. Filthy rugs, stained dirty. Receptionist said to check the room to see if it's been cleaned"because sometimes house cleaning checks off that it's clean and it isn't ". There was a dirty towel hung over our shower.
Disappointed Stay Elevator smelled of urine, rust in bathtub/shower, dirty linens on bed. Hotel is old and falling apart. It was obvious the staff feels the same way! Nothing
