Carpeting in halls and rooms need to be changed. The bedding was very clean and very comfortable. Loved the attached restaurant The Stamford. Rooms for pets could use some air fresheners.

It was decent bed was comfortable. hotel needs upgrade old and outdated
Moving outside to the inside of the property, here are the things that I have found during my stay. The parking lot was decently lit at night, but you really had to watch where you are going due to numerous potholes throughout the lot. Once inside, every staff member you ran into made an effort to say hi and welcome you to the property. That type of customer service really goes a long way and allows you to look past certain things. Loved the staff disappointed about pool not open
Even though the hotel is a little outdated, the room was clean.
Above the tub ceiling small amounts of mold, bed had long curly hair above the sheets and under, next to a highway super noisy, carpet and walls stains everywhere.
