The staff´s customer service made our stay very pleasant. Rooms need maintenance and cleaning. The room had the following problems: The water faucet had a leak, thus the top was always wet. The toilet was clogged the moment we got to the room, and it had a leak which wet the floor. The toilet lid was lose and it moved when you sat down. I checked on the screws and nut to tighten it, and noticed the nuts where installed backwards, therefore did not tighten properly. I was able to fix one. Moderadamente satisfecha Personal poco amable, solo un caballero de recepción si lo era. No había wifi para android, comenté en recepción que no agarraba señal y me indicaron era abierto, le mostré no podía conectar y me indicó que es por tener teléfono android, le dije que si era por no tener iPhone . . . Respondió que si. La alfombra sucia. La ubicación, moderadamente limpio tranquilo y no ruidoso.
