Exceptional The fist location did not have a working elevator and I was not advised about it until I had signed in and given the key. Was given a room on the 4th floor. Two elderly people! When as i asked for room on the ground floor i was told they had none amd was only offered ...i am sorry for the inconvenience. After climibing the stairs i realzed it was too much to handle. I came dowmstairs and had to ask about accommodation at an adjacent hotel before I was given that choice. At the new place I were satisfied. New acco... read more

Regular Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, los colchones están viejos, el tapete esta sucio, los baños también están muy viejos. Por pandemia no limpiaban los cuartos. Escuche a más de tres huéspedes quejarse porque les habían entregado la habitación sucia. A pesar de que ya todo esta abierto, por la pandemia el desayuno lo entregaban en una bolsita. Todos los días era exactamente lo mismo.
