Good The elevator was a tad noisy. The floor on the elevator almost felt like it could give out at any moment. My daughter was actually scared to be in the elevator. The pool has a bit dirty. But it did rain the day before. The breakfast was nothing to be excited for. I ended up having to go out and get breakfast. I didn’t know check out was at 12pm. I do wish the front desk let me know when I checked in. The lobby was clean. So was our room. The bed was comfortable. And the room was spacious.
Location was worth it. Everything else was minor annoyances. Small lobby, crowded when guest leaving and entering, smokers by door, people being loud outside after 10pm can hear on 4th floor. Key stopped working after 1st day. Convenience of location, ample parking, friendly staff.

Good stay Perfect location....close to the BB&T Center. The manager arranged to have us shuttled to the concert.
