I enjoyed our stay. We we`re staying for 2 Nights, and was located in a a disabled room for the first night, and the bed was small and I`m a big guy !! Gladys sorted it out and we we`re relocated to a new room for the second night. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. And Gladys at the reception….she`s a star. She cares about the customers, and was very helpful.

Exceptional I didn't like that we shared the room with my 14 year old, so no adult games to be had Breakfast was great. Closeness to BB and T Center. Bed was super comfortable.
