Loved it at your facility! Would come back again! Not enough seating for breakfast, and not enough kitchen staff. Those poor ladies were taking grief from people and they didn't deserve it. They were working as fast as they could. Need to rearrange table area with more seating , larger tables, and more staff to keep food out so your staff isn't treated or spoken to the way some of the patrons were treating them. Excellent Habia días en los que solo tendían la cama y no limpiaban la habitación, además no colocaban café. Lo que menos me gustó es que solo dan el mismo desayuno día tras día, pregunte y me confirmaron que no hay cambio de desayuno, huevo duro, pan, cereal y wafle más nada. Su ubicación a 5 minutos del swagrass, una bomba de gasolina en la puerta donde venden comida hasta las 11 pm
La Quinta by Wyndham Sunrise Sawgrass Mills 13651 NW 2nd St. was centralized to everything. Awesome! I called the front desk every morning to request no maid services for the duration of our stay at the hotel, but they still entered the room against our request. The maid only made up the bed and did nothing else. no vacuum, no dusting etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The iron board was broken, the front desk assisted right away. We received our packages from Amazon with out any problems.
