Pleasant Das Zimmer hat vermodert gerochen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert (dafür aber der Deckenventilator). Die Wände sind sehr dünn, weshalb man von seinem Zimmer Nachbarn viel mitbekommt. Gute Lage, direkt an der Sawgrass Mills. Waffel Station beim Frühstück ein Plus. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist besser als in anderen Hotels in den USA
Do something about the broken dryer and barking dog. The single elevator was too slow. The dryer in the laundry room had been out of service for over a week. Totally unacceptable. There was a dog barking in the room opposite mine all night and morning. I brought it to the attention of the front desk but nothing was done about it. Even though I liked the hotel I doubt if I will be staying there again because of the poor maintenance of the laundry facility and the barking dog. Quiet neighbourhood
