Great staff and a great location The room had an old smell to it, but we went to the front desk and they sent someone to spray air freshener and we opened the windows and all was fine afterwards. I think it smelled that way because the a/c wasn't on when we initially went to our room. The staff members were great and very friendly. They responded quickly and decisively to our concerns.

Buen lugar para descansar y cerca a Sawgrass Mills El ascensor es un poco viejo, pero cumple su función. Buena ubicación, tranquilidad del lugar y buen trato del personal que trabaja en el hotel.

Podria ser mejor En el desayuno. hay que hacer fila para sentarse en una mesa y nosotros fuimos en temporada baja se trata de un alojamiento que solo te resuelve la noche de sueño el desayuno es muy acotado y la estructura edilicia poco mantenida es pasable

custo benefício Claramente trata-se de um hotel antigo que foi reformado parcialmente, mas mesmo assim o comodos são um pouco antigos. Houve um dia em que chegamos bem no horário de encerramento do café e os funcionários começaram a recolher as coisas ao mesmo tempo que estávamos nos servindo. Achamos isso péssimo, são estas pequenas coisas (gentileza) que conquistam o cliente. É bem próximo do sawgrass e o valor é muito bom.
