Front desk staff almost balances the untidy housekeepers. The housekeeping staff, on every occasion refused to leave wash rags and towels. One day when we returned we realized, that they emptied only one bin and left the other full. Another day, we realized that a dirty wash rag was left on the bathroom floor. I was really unimpressed by the cleaning staff for the room. Gladys makes La Quinta enjoyable! She was helpful, upbeat and polite.

Cordialidad por sobre todo. el desayuno es aceptable pero podrian agregarse mas opciones en frutas. la cordialidad del personal, como siempre en la Quinta, eligen muy bien el personal. Las camas son muy comodas y la habitación es generosa.
Good hotel Friendly staff, nice spacious room (I have been upgraded for free). Good hotel for BB&T events in case you have a car or the event will not finish late. Otherwise it can be a problem because it is pretty far by walk (the last bus around 11PM).

La atención de Erika en el front desk es EXCELENTE!!!! El horario del desayuno los días de semana termina muy temprano (9 de la mañana) La ubicación para ir al mall, excelente!!!!
