Great Location and Friendly Staff We were here 2 years ago and construction was going on. It is still going on. But it's better than a hotel not upgrading, so it's no big deal. Gladys at the front desk was very cheery and extremely helpful. We were attending a hockey game at the BB&T Center, so this location was perfect, only 10 min. away.

Wonderful Beds are a little hard for me, but that's not unusual for hotels. Close to the concert venue and mall.
Great location for a concert...... The hotel as a whole needs a total redo. Doesn't seem to be well maintained. You can smoke in the hotel which is a plus for some. Our room smelled awful. Didn't know it was a smoking room. Laminate bad in the bathroom along with the toilet not being bolted down properly. Small room with two double beds. Very small vanity area with an outdated coffeemaker. Location.
