It's cheaper than other hotels in the area because it is so run foen The hotel was very old with sketchy people in the lobby. The room smelled horrible. We switched rooms but that one smelled just as bad. We needed to be close to Cleveland Clinic but next time will pay more to stay in a nicer hotel. When I left.
Horrível, decepção total. Quarto sujo, mau cheiro, tapete sujo, roupa de cama suja, não tinha toalhas, não existe limpeza de quarto, não trocam toalhas, não recolhe o lixo. Café da manhã muito ruim. O hotel no geral muito sujo. Pra ter toalha seca tinha que pedir na recepção . Pior ainda é que não tem limpeza nos quartos. Nada.
Never again As you get into the halls out of the elevator, the place smells moldy. The rugs smell in the room and smells of mold. The bathroom were not cleaned very well at all. We purchased our own cleaning supplies so we could feel comfortable. Not a best experience at all and I was happy to leave. Staff was friendly
