average at best We waited 20 minutes before we could check in. There was noone at the front desk. Two other parties were waiting as well. 20 minutes after arriving the front desk clerk arrived from outiside after clearly being out getting food. Totally unaccetable. She then gave me a key card to a room that was occupied which completely shocked me as I opened the door to find music playing and a room that was clearly occupied.
